If the different browser does not resolve the issue, please try using a different device (e.g. different desktop computer or laptop, or a phone or tablet) to see if that resolves the issue. Please also contact MedEntry.
Please include details of the error with screenshots if possible, so our IT engineers can investigate the issue.
