If you are experiencing issues with the online platform, please try using a different browser. If that fixes the issue, it could be a browser-specific issue. Please continue using the different browser and contact MedEntry about the issue.
If the different browser does not resolve the issue, please try using a different device (e.g. different desktop computer or laptop, or a phone or tablet) to see if that resolves the issue. Please also contact MedEntry.
Please include details of the error with screenshots if possible, so our IT engineers can investigate the issue.
