# I am not receiving emails from MedEntry. What should I do?

If you have registered with @hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com, @windowslive.com or @yahoo.com email address, please consider changing your email address as these providers will no longer guarantee delivery of emails (even to your spam or junk folders).
* Please ensure that you are checking the correct inbox (the same email address that you used to register with MedEntry).
* Note that sometimes it can take a few minutes to reach your inbox.
* Please check your email filters and spam/junk folder.
