I have a Premium Group. Why can’t I book a workshop?
With a Premium-Group package you book your workshop anytime after purchasing, provided you have ‘completed’ your group.
If you are not able to book your workshop it could be because you haven’t completed your group. Please check the following:
- You have bought a Premium-Group package
- You have formed a group with at least one other person who has also bought a Premium Group package of their own
If you have invited a person and you can’t book your workshop please:
- Check that the person you invited has also brought a Premium-Group package
- Check that the email address of the person you invited is correct
- Check that the email address of the person you invited is the same as the email address they used to purchase the Premium-Group package
If you have a Premium Group and are trying to join a group, but:
- You haven’t received the invite email with the group number:
Please contact the person who invited you and make sure they used your correct email address
- You have received the invite email with the group number:
Please make sure you are inputting the correct group number.
Please contact the person who invited you and make sure that your invitation hasn’t been accidentally cancelled.
