I’ve just bought a new package. How can I reset my past questions?
Purchasing a new package does not automatically reset your attempts from your previous package. You can reset your attempts in one of two ways.
- You can reset your own attempts by following the steps below:
- While logged into MedEntry’s Online Learning Platform click your name/avatar in the top right corner and click on ‘Settings’
- Click on ‘Reset Past Attempts’ and choose what you want to reset
- Contact MedEntry and ask us to reset it for you along with what you want to reset.
