I’ve just bought a new package. How can I reset my past questions?
Purchasing a new package does not automatically reset your attempts from your previous package. You can reset your attempts in one of two ways.
You can reset your own attempts by following the steps below:
While logged into MedEntry’s Online Learning Platform click your name/avatar in the top right corner and click on ‘Settings’
Click on ‘Reset Past Attempts’ and choose what you want to reset
Contact MedEntry and ask us to reset it for you along with what you want to reset.
