# What counts as a 'prompt' with Mai? How many prompts does my package have?

Each question that you ask Mai will count as one prompt.  The packages have the following number of prompts:
Free Trial: 5 prompts
Essentials Package: 10 prompts
Premium Package: 500 prompts
Comprehensive Package: 1000 prompts
Students can purchase an add-on package with 500 additional prompts, if necessary.
