What happens if I need to change the time of the mock interview due to an emergency?
Students should provide at least 24 hours notice of intention to move or cancel a mock-booking by calling or emailing the office.
When students cancel their mock interviews on the day of the mock or after, MedEntry still incurs costs (payment of mock interviewers) despite the fact that they don't attend.
If students want to move to another day, they need to call or email the office. The student will need to pay a fee and upon receipt of this fee, the student will be provided with access to book a mock on a different date, if a place is available.
