When will my Notebook and Pen bundle arrive?

Please first check that your postal address on your personal details page is correct and then contact MedEntry to confirm if your Notebook and Pen pack has been sent. Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered by Australia Post. If you haven’t received your package after that time please contact MedEntry.
