  • Can I upgrade a package after I purchase the original package?
    Yes, after buying any package you can upgrade to another package at any time simply by paying the difference between the two packages at the time of the upgrade.Popular
  • Can I add on items after I purchase the original package?
    After your initial purchase, you can buy any of the additional items that are available. However after the initial purchase, the price of the item may increase as some items have a discounted price when purchasing at the same time as the preparation package.Popular
  • How can I pay?
    MedEntry only accepts two forms of payment: credit card or EFT. Any payment made must be made in one go. MedEntry does not accept payment plans.Popular
  • Do you offer payment plans / instalments?
    Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans. However, you could order the Essential package and then upgrade to Premium package at any time by paying the difference. Similarly, you could purchase the Premium package and upgrade to the Comprehensive package by paying the difference.Few readers
  • My credit/debit card was charged more than once in error, perhaps because I clicked the button twice. What should I do?

    MedEntry uses Braintree (www.braintreegateway.com) as our payment gateway as it is highly secure and is supported by Australia's leading banks.   • When can I get access to learning materials and book online sessions such as the UCAT workshop, weekly classes, etc?
    Paying by credit card If paying by credit card, and if the transaction is successful (99% of them are), you will get immediate access.
