I'm not able to register using the same email address that I used before. Why?

You can only register once using a particular email address. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can:
Click Login and then 'Forgot your username/password' link.
Contact MedEntry and we will retrieve your username and/or reset your password.
Use another email address to register. However, this will create a new account and will not recognise the practice that you did before. It will also not apply a returning student discount (if you had a package within the previous 12 months).
